WHAT ARE YOU REALLY SEARCHING FOR..?
When I first decided to travel around the country I thought I was just going on an adventure! I thought I knew exactly what I wanted to get out of it, what I was doing it for, and how long I was going to be gone. And then, like everything else in my life, it changed. Can you relate?
Now that I have been traveling a bit, I realized I don’t know much.. I’m not sure how long I’ll be in each place or where I’ll be from day to day. Yet, I do know that no matter what, I’m in search of the truth of who I am now, not who I was yesterday. That my future is full of fresh opportunities, even if I can’t see them all right now.. I have learned that my home is where I am at any given moment. Traveling also has reinforced, that no matter what, it’s my connection with friends & family that will carry me through anything. It’s helped me feel a surge of renewed trust in myself and faith that I can have the life I truly want. It’s definitely been an eye opening couple of months. I am grateful. 🙂
Now I am ready to share my experiences, I will be writing about my adventures, sharing stories and pictures, and maybe even poetry too. And it is my hope that my journey can inspire you and help you find your own way to live your OWN truth. And to learn once again to trust yourself; to have faith that you can get what you want out of your life and have FUN doing it.
